1. Short version: You must submit the short version of the paper, format A5, more than 6 pages, in the PDF format and as a WORD document. The submission must include both formats. If the short paper have less then 4 pages is considered just an abstract.
2.Paper: At the first submission is not required for the paper to respect the AIP style requirement. You must send the paper formatted corresponding to the AIP style when is required the camera ready version. When you submit the paper you must send the source file and the PDF version of the file. The submission must include the paper in the both formats. You must submit the paper more than 4 pages, usually between 4-8 pages. The paper must be at least with 20% extended versus the short version. If you have any questions you can ask the organizer.
Other aditional specifications (for LATEX users)
A paper must be uploaded as a ZIP file that contain the short version and/or the paper.
Examples:1. paper.zip [contains short.pdf and short.doc ; paper.pdf and paper.doc - where: short.pdf and short.doc - is the short version of the paper; paper.pdf and paper.doc is the paper]
2. short.zip [contains short.pdf and short.doc - is the short version of the paper]
If you intend to submit the paper and the short version of the paper, then include both of them in the ZIP file.You may resubmit your paper and/or short version of the paper until the submission deadline.
If you resubmit a paper, the previous submitted version will be lost!! If have you submitted a paper and the short version of the paper and you wish to resubmit them again, do not forget to resubmit both of them.
Details related with the publications in journals will be given later. Will be considered for publication in journals extended versions of accepted papers at the workshop.
